INNOVATIS S.r.l. is a privately owned company, 100% owner of the Lake & River Real Estate property, looking for partners for renovation and conversion of the building into other type of destination. Local development Plan of the Government of the Territory allows for a wide veriety of destinations of the building, including, but not limited to hotels, residences, appartments, pubs, restaurants, shops, offices, commercial activities, retirement homes, social assistance facilities,etc. The only excluded destination is industrial.
